  I am working in gulf country and a few weeks ago i tried to book a room in this hotel for a company incentives. I have a friend who recently went their with his cousin then he advised me to booked direct, call the reception look for robert. I dont know who is this guy but he said he is an acquiantance working in this hotel and he is nice and will assist us better. So thats what i did. I think for 2 alternate days i was trying to look for him and book a room for my staff but the receptionist who answered my call doesnt know him and did not even bother to ask me what i need, he just immediately hang up the phone after saying no i am not robert. The management should provide more training for the reception staff in handling inquiries and telephone etiquette. Now i booked in another hotel more accomodating than this one.

  "I stayed at this hotel for a night with wife and daughter, and while it covered the basics, there were several areas that left me disappointed. For starters, after the first bottle, no additional water is provided, which feels like a simple yet important amenity they missed. There’s no in-house restaurant, so I had to venture out for meals, which wasn’t always convenient. Another unexpected surprise was having to carry my own luggage to the room, something I would have expected staff to assist with, especially for a deluxe room. The complimentary breakfast was quite limited, offering only bread, eggs, and a few basic options. It could definitely use more variety. Additionally, the deluxe double room had some practical issues—namely, the quilt was too small for the bed, which made for an uncomfortable sleep, and the curtains didn’t fully cover the window, affecting privacy and comfort. On a positive note, the rooms were clean, and the staff was polite. However, there’s definitely room for improvement, particularly in terms of amenities, comfort, and service."

  Stayed for a couple of days, hotel is easy to locate and has the basic stuff you will need. While they offer complimentary bottled water only upon check-in, water dispenser is available for guests. Toiletries are provided (including dental kits). Wifi is okay but some connectivity issues especially during the night (maybe when most guests are connected). Would stay again next time as it is a value for money hotel and we had a pleasant stay overall

  Stayed there for five nights in June. Room is reasonably big, but not big, and comes with a balcony. It's basic, but clean. 5 min walk to republic square. The hotel staff were very helpful and always pleasant, especially Rubina. Breakfast is basic (bread, salad, fruits, cheese, yogurt , cereals etc) and mostly repeats and not very vegetarian friendly. I am thankful to the reception staff for arranging a packed breakfast when I had to leave early one day. overall nice place, nice people. I love Armenia and the the simple , beautiful people there. :)

  Fabulous location and amazing breakfast. The hotel is located in city Center 5 minutes walk to opera, cascade or republic square. The staff is very friendly and at breakfast you can try traditional dry fruits and cold dishes feel the best natural products. We were lucky to have Ararat view room.
