::Lovely new rooms with private bathrooms. Not a hotel. Just rooms. They are very clean, excellent air-conditioning and modern tv. Great for a stop off on route north or south and for visiting Noravank Monastery. A little tricky to find entrance off the main road.

::Once I arrived I wasn't sure if it was good. But the lady (owner) showed up and she made me feel welcomed immediately. The room is big and definitely clean. Comfortable bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The lady is such a friendly woman and really wants to do everything possible. I recommend this place 100%.

::It’s located in perfect location on the crossroad going to Yerevan, Lake Sevan and Syunik. Perfect to sleep on your way through Armenia. Very friendly staff. Pretty clean The shower system is very weird and we couldn’t make it work. Just after writing with the owner of the chat and trying to restart the heating system a few times we managed to have warm enough water to take a shower.
