  Good bank, employees are always helpful. There are minuses: there is a renovation going on and at the same time they receive customers, it can be noisy and there is almost always a queue. Take an electronic ticket, and if you are lucky, the queue will pass quickly.

  At the Hrazdan branch, the service is very bad, they treat the case casually and irresponsibly, they do not do their job properly, and some of the employees do not know their job. I ask the manager of the bank to be more consistent, because the rating of the bank is falling.
