::It was a really good hotel The staff are welcoming very helpful and always smiling. Food and service is also very good.. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

::This was unfortunately the worst service I’ve experienced in a five-star hotel. At check-out (9:30 am), no assistance was provided with our luggage, which is highly unexpected for a property of this standard. The breakfast selection was very poor, lacking variety and not meeting the quality one would expect. While the staff were polite, I believe the management needs to improve their skills and provide more attentive, guest-focused service.

::I had a very disappointing stay at Aghababyan’s Hotel. I had made clear requests in advance, especially since it was my honeymoon, but almost everything went wrong: 1. I requested for a honeymoon room setup, but it was not done as I requested. 2. I specifically asked for a king bed, yet I was given two twin beds pushed together which was uncomfortable, unacceptable and was still charged extra. 3. The minibar was switched off, making it completely useless. 4. Basic amenities like water, glasses, tissues, and ice were not provided unless I asked every time, which is very unprofessional for a hotel of this level. 5. The reception staff were cold, unhelpful, and very slow to respond to requests. 6. The lobby and corridors were extremely noisy from early morning, disturbing rest. Overall, the service and attitude I experienced were far below what any guest should expect, let alone for a honeymoon stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for professionalism, comfort or a proper hospitality

::If you want a place close to the center of Yerevan it’s best you choose some other hotel that’s closer. It’s easy to get a taxi and drive around but it will upgrade your experience of the city. The area the hotel is at not that good. The staff was very very nice and helpful. Starting from the door man to the reception (who always helped us order a taxi) to the cleaning ladies and the staff operating room service and the buffet. Even tho they don’t speak English 100% communication was good. Breakfast is not that good. Very normal. It has variety but I would have eaten breakfast out for the four days I stayed there. One of the rooms we reserved wasn’t ready upon arrival. Took sometime to get it ready. That gave us a bit of a bad experience. Rooms are clean and luxurious looking. Comfortable and the cleaning service was good. But it could have been better. We ordered chicken soup and bbq meat; the chicken soup was really good but the bbq was below average. The meat chewed. It was big chunks. Was not enjoyable and relatively expensive considering food in Yerevan and other good places. We knew that it was a girls that they hosted weddings in. But above our room (4th floor) there was a very loud party. It lasted until 23:00 at night. We had a long day the day after it was bothersome to have to endure that at a hotel. Not sure how the ac works at in the rooms honestly. It chose its own temperature that was very very irritating. But putting the fan on low fixes it. One last thing; we called room service to check some things in the room twice and they didn’t come. Would I book the hotel again? I don’t think I would. Not a good experience of food and location. I would rate it a 3 star hotel def not a 5.

::We stood at this hotel for a week. It was bad experience from the beginning until the end. And I just dont understand how it can be 5*. We let hotel know about sooner arrival, and nothing was ready. Staff was not professional and barely speak English. Rooms are nice and clean, but hotel has the best years gone. Wifi at our room didn’t work ( response was u can come to reception, wifi works here ). Food and staff is the main thing why we would never stay at this hotel again. There is same food for dinner and breakfast. Breakfast has no eggs, but pasta and meat from dinner, selection of food is tragic. If the tray with food finish they dont care about bringing more. If u expect 5* you should find different place.
