  The app is crashing, 30 minute queue in this location. They ask me to pay withdrawal fee even the app is not working and that doesn’t have to do anything with me. Time to move to other bank.

  Terrible bank branch. I work under pressure. There are up to 30 people in the queue. You can imagine it. And an incredibly confusing menu for issuing a waiting number. Take several at once to be sure to get in. In general, I do not recommend this bank because of their service.
