::Horrible service. Employees can’t write down a phone number right, 4 times. Particularly irritating was Shushan, the branch manager, who would not admit that their staff made a mistake.

::One of the leading banks in Armenia, sometimes not very customer friendly. Long queues in this particular branch, no queue system so people are often confused the line order. Previously was competing with HSBC Armenia with the quality of service, however they still have a long way to go.

::They charge 2% commission just to cash out from the cashier desk. This commission is for dollars. Just imagine for 10000$ they will charge 2 % which is 200$ from one customer. I never had such kind of experience in oversea banks which are leading banks in the world. They are savage this percentage is for student account. They are charging 2% from student account how will they charge for non student account. They really have different policies in different branches. Actually today what happened I wanted to cash out the money from my account a small amount but they said to cash out you have to pay 3%. Then I asked why 3% to cash out the money which was not informed while opening the account. Then the I asked them to cash out the whole money from the account and I don't wanna use this bank again. Then the person on duty when to manager and then came to me again and said 2% commission. It is very obvious they are fraud. They just rob your money with whitecoat. This is called whitecoat robbering and whitecoat robbers never trust this bank people

::Worst bank ever!!! There's always a rediculously long wait! Managers are never available! Each branch will give you different answers because they don't know their own policies! Especially if you are from overseas, NEVER invest in this bank! You will NEVER get the whole amount showing on your account if you try to cash it out or transfer to another bank or by card. They keep 0.4% of your amount for unknown reasons. I've never experienced this with any other banks in overseas. It's unfortunate that Banks in Armenia have such rediculous policies. Basically they are doing everything for overseas customers to avoid them.

::In my opinion its the best bank in Armenia. Its always full and always you have to stay in line but their service is the best one. Now they have branches and cash in/out ATMs only in city centre, but I hope they will open more branches in all parts of Yerevan and also in other cities as well.
