::We ended up here because the nearby aquapark was closed. Entry fee was 3000 AMD, but we had to buy slippers (from 3000 AMD) and swimming caps (from 1500 AMD) as they were mandatory. The ticket didn’t cover sauna, jacuzzi, or a real swimming pool; it was mostly one big pool with water jets and some slides. Slides opened only once every 1.5 hours, for about half an hour. The place was fairly clean, but quite old and without much decoration. Staff were friendly, but photography was strangely allowed everywhere; people were constantly taking photos, which felt odd !! After 3:30 pm, a large group of teenage boys arrived, playing loudly with balls in the pool, which made it impossible to stay and enjoy the place!

::My 2nd time. Luv the atmosphere and the warm pool n slides of course. Just be careful walking...it gets Slippery! Overall a Treat!

::We are disappointed with the pool even though we always liked to come there because the water is warm. The tiles come off and there are many that are off, including in the children's pool. Last time my toddler hurt herself and her leg was bleeding. This time I accidently cut a piece of my toe in the children's pool when I was playing with her. This is just not safe and they aren't doing anything about it, even though the fees arent low and they must spend money on renovation and improving safety in the place.

::The gym and swimming pool are nice, however the issue with them is that they can be noisy. Some trainers have decided that they can disregard other visitors and direct their classes with noisy 'music'. I really wish the 'music' volume could be reduced. Other than this the place is fine.

::It's a great place to have relaxation and be near the city as well. Everything are well done regarding the hotel grade. Clean and warm pool, sauna and indoor water games. Staff are very kind and willing to help, even if they don't know English well. The bar has only limited number of fast food and closes about 10pm. Special thanks to "Armine" at the reception who manages all affairs professionally.
