In a word, a madhouse. We slept in warm sweatpants. I’m surprised at the hotel owner who keeps a boorish administrator or cleaning lady who has no idea about basic culture. What age is it now to make guests freeze in their rooms? Moreover, we ourselves offered to add money. We entered the room at 10 pm and left at 7 am. I don't recommend it.
