  Overall ok, but some details are not great. Like you can't buy water in the hotel after 12, called the reception, they said to drink from the faucet. Or you have to pay extra to play pool or use sauna after 8.. all of that is not seen when you reserve the hotel.

  Those little things that can disappoint... Overall I had a good experience. The staff was ethical, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. However, certain policies left me a bit disappointed. For instance, during check-out, I had to wait for cleaners to verify if everything was in place in the room before I could leave. Additionally, when we first entered the hotel, after greeting us, the receptionist informed us that if anything was broken or stolen, we would have to pay for it. While I understand the importance of setting expectations, this approach felt unwelcoming and unnecessary, especially for a guest arriving for the first time. Such policies, while likely well-intentioned, can come across as impersonal or even distrustful, detracting from an otherwise excellent experience. I hope management considers revising these practices to prioritize guest comfort and trust.

  Lovely place!!! 4 nights stay, half board, family with 2 kids. We enjoyed it very much. Cosy rooms with connection door, good breakfast, new and mordern pool and sauna zone. Extremely nice stuff. It's not in a village itself, however you have free shuttle to the slopes or taxi for 2 dollars. There is kids room equipped with new computer games and even mini cinema. We offered dinner and were surprised by shef serving very nice deserts and local wine. Well done! Will highly recommend it to family and friends.

  Fabulous place, look no further if you're going to have a rest with smaller children. They have amazing playroom , excellent pool. Stuff is bit untrained, but I think they will improve it as hotel is pretty new

  It's amazing how one small thing can change the impression of your stay in a hotel. It all started very well. Looked like a great alternative for Mariott. The rooms, personnel, conference facilities - everything was perfect. We were a big group staying for corporate NY celebration. At the departure we had to wait for 20 minutes while 1 cleaning lady goes around all our rooms to check if we haven't stolen anything. That was humiliating and crossed out a lot of good things I was planning to write about the hote before.
