  Very kind personal. Good location near to the Sevan Lake, phantastic atmosphere with the landscape there. I enjoyed it. There is an extra place for my bike too. Breakfast very delicious and versatile. Thank you a lot!

  The place is perfect for stay. Good looking property.good friendship with owner.he is Russian. Nice stay . I'll recommend everyone to stay here really close to Sevan peninsula. Also close to Sevan city

  I spent a couple of nights here. the owner and staff were very nice and helped me book a taxi as well at reasonable price. Food was simple but great. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

  Hotel room not as advised (no fridge) It was also really loud at all time day and night

  Owners were kind and helpful. The room was cold, and the bath water was not hot. The location is good. Breakfast was simple, but good.
