  Very clean, cozy and in the heart of Yerevan! Definitely you can live here! There is a kitchen, a very large yard, parking. Tsavt tanem, it's good here!!!!

  Location is major issue. Shares a entrance with prison hospital where gate opens and closes at all hours. If you like to sleep this not your place. Too far from all major attractions which requires taxi. Also, bad smell was always present from sewer system (possible plumbing issue). The host tried to fix but only worked for 1 day. We couldn't wait to leave the place so we could get a decent night of sleep.

  It was cold when we moved in, because the house was not heated. The boiler works very loudly - you can hear it on the first floor in the room, it feels like someone is constantly knocking on the window.
