::Hopefully you won’t get carbon monoxide poisoning from the gas boiler in the bathroom with no ventilation :/

::Don't believe all the good reviews for this hotel. I can only conclude that they are fake as the owner is rude and not suited to running a hotel/B&B. Choose a better hotel in the area - it won't be difficult to find a better one.

::Noisy surrounding. The rest is pretty good.

::Stay Away At All Costs - This is a Shambles!!! Neither the hotel manager nor any of his employees were able to speak a word of English to start with which was rather surprising considering they called themselves a "Hotel". This was the first stumbling block. Then the WiFi would not work - which is only a small problem. The mirror in our room was so high up on the wall that not even the tallest basketball player would have been able to see themselves in it. Then the next day during breakfast, they did not provide any hot water even though they had provided tea cups and tea bags. So I then had to walk into the hotel managers office to ask for hot water - all this while he had presumably been having an argument (I say presumably as I could not understand a single word of what he was saying, but we could hear him remonstrating very loudly with someone over the phone in his office - which was one level below where we were having breakfast) after I finally went back to the breakfast table, I could still hear the hotel manager having a heated argument over the phone - even though we were on a different floor! This really made for a very bad atmosphere over breakfast, especially as we were on holiday and wanted to have a peaceful time. It reminded me of Fawlty Towers. We didn't think it could get much worse than this, but worse it most certainly got. I left the hotel with my friend in the morning, on our bicycles and headed in the direction of Dilijan, then all of a sudden approximately two hours after we had left the hotel, the hotel manager (I struggle to call him a hotel manager as he's more of thug than a hotel manager) pulled up beside us in his white car and got out with one of the towels that we had used from the hotel to then start verbally assaulting us both by shouting something at us in his own language, presumably that there was a little bit of dirt on the towel. The only word we did understand was when he mentioned that he would be calling the police. We found it very uncomfortable and extremely unacceptable (for all we know he could have been making threats to kill the way he was shouting) for a hotel manager to threaten to call the police on guests because there was a bit of dirt on his precious towel. Furthermore, He [the hotel manager] had spent his whole morning driving around, in and out of Vanadzor to hunt us down . . . over a bit of dirt on a towel. We felt very harassed by this person's actions, which had made an already uncomfortable morning ten times worse. I can only conclude that the hotel manager must be on a different page to everyone else and is clearly not fit to be a hotel manager. Do not stay at this hotel unless you want to put up with similar antics or you intend to clean your room and towels yourself so the owner can't take issue with anything. This is the first and last time we will go back here. If there was an option to put in - 10 stars then I would, but by default the lowest I can go on here is 1 star!

::Clean room, and staff was very caring. Breakfast included, simple but tasty
