  Lovely place with very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, delicious food, great service and I was glad that they could organize local tours and transfers back to Yerevan for me. It’s only a few minutes drive from Karahunj and Shaki waterfall so it’s a perfect place to base yourself out of if you want to see those sights. The owner speaks impeccable English so everything was very smooth.

  After a few days in Armenia we arrived with our small groupe in this hotel....FROM THE FIRST EVENING it was very clear that the staff to receive us was very WARM FRIENDLY CHARMING AND WELCOMING !....STAFF did also their utmost best to receive and meet all our questions requests and remarks....Also: expect the unexpected....what sometimes is ALSO charming....such as the sequence in the offering of meals....(the yoghurt or appryiser first? Or the soupe ou le dessert...After first little embarrasment, it was charming...and at the same time a different approach to " time

  Had a nice stay at the Hotel. Room was clean and warm, staff was friendly. Only reason I give 4 Stars instead of 5 is the breakfast. It was a bit boring with not many options.

  Best experience in Sisian. Most caring and nice hosts! Delicious food, beautiful view of the mountains. Nice, simple and cosy rooms with basically everything is needed. Big parking and safe big space around. Most importantly they offer very special and interesting excursions in the town which suddenly turns out to be very special and interesting although you never expect that at first visit). And the jam are the trekking tours they offer! Feels-like-home. Once you stay there you always want to come back☀️

  I made a tour throughout Armenia and stayed in various hotels in different cities and regions. This hotel won my heart with their friendly and interested personal, (also English speaking) with a breakfast more than simple (local products, honey production in the backyard) and delicious meat and other dishes for the evening. Most of all, I had the chance to go to Ughtasar, a not so easy region to go to since it is a bit dangerous and under military surveillance. The guide knew a lot about plants and herbs in the mentioned environment. And what surprised me the most is that I had a very good troughout sleep, because the matress was so good, and the days were packed with info and impressions (Zorats Karer, Ughtasar, Karawanserei etc) and that does not happen to me so often. The hotel itself is simply decorated and clean. I can only recommend it.
