  The staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, nice and beautifully designed. I use to visit this hotel mostly during my business trips. It happens often and every time I'm happy to be their guest. Recommended!!

  The staff was really friendly. You can find anything you need in the room. The rooms were clean. Our room had a nice balcony. They had a beautiful garden with very unusual trees.They offered coffee and tea for those who didn't take breakfast. Though there was a bad smell from the bathroom, the kind of smell you find in small hotels.

  The host was incredibly hospitable. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and well fed with generous servings over dinner and breakfast. The place is still under construction but is shaping up to be a lively b&b in time.

  Great place. Excellent amenities. Amicable hosts. They include things like toothbrushes and slippers which was great. The most comfortable sleep I've had in Armenia. Highly recommend staying here.

  New rooms and still building more. Quiet. We had pizza delivered. No coat hangers in cupboard and bed a bit hard and used bedspread from other bed as top sheet as one on bed really rough. Breakfast choices yoghurt, sour cream, bread, jam, what I would call Devon, 1 type of cheese, fresh hard boiled eggs, tea, instant coffee. Will pride milk on request.
