::Someplace feel like home with additional pampering and highly r professional respectful aspect, well this hotel is one of them starting from the location to the cleanliness to the exceptional receptionist man (farhad or fahran if am not mistaken) I have encountered when I first walked in. The guy feels like a close family member with an executive managerial attitude blended with a sweet character and excellent communication skills and English accent which is rare to find in Armenia. Overall, I highly recommend visiting it if you are near dilijan.

::This hotel is outstanding with its hospitality and service. We had an outstanding situation where the hotel was open to help. If there’s any place id like to recommend- this is the one. It takes 10 min by taxi to get to Dilijan downtown where you can find National park, sightseeing, cafes. Our room had a balcony and pool view, besides the greenery and the forest, outstanding. Breakfast is very fulfilled with variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian food . AC was working well and in general the hotel is well maintained as well as pools cleaned daily. Very nice impression. They have 2 outdoor pools , 1 indoor pool , saunas, massage room with specialist , pool , table tennis 🏓 etc. I appreciate their service and hospitality and want to thank them for it . Hope to be back

::⸻ We stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is stunning, the service was great, and most things were well taken care of. However, the rooms could really use some renovation. One of the rooms our kids stayed in was very hot, and unfortunately, it didn’t have air conditioning. While the area does get cold at night, proper ventilation is still important. We suggest adding either air conditioning units or at least installing screens on the windows so guests can open them without worrying about insects. With some room updates, this hotel would be truly perfect. We’d still recommend it for the great service and beautiful setting.

::There is no deluxe room on the hotel website, but they gave us a triple room as such and charged us more money. The room service was similar to a four-star hotel, but the restaurant was very different from the previous trip. The fruits were not very good and the sweets were left behind. This hotel, like other hotels, has become a policy of providing less service, while on the previous trip the breakfast was at the level of five-star hotels with international variety, and that is why we came to this hotel again and will not repeat it again. One interesting thing to say about this hotel is that it has CCTV cameras in the pool area, which is not common anywhere else. Because of this, you cannot use the facilities with peace of mind.

::I went to this place for dinner. I did not stay in any of the rooms. The variety of food served at the dinner was commendable. The waiters were very efficient and really waited on us. I had cause to us one of the rest rooms. It was sparkling clean. For those who needed WIFI, it was free.
