::Overall quite high price for very low quality food + inattentiveness (they forgot to put tea bug, but only water). And saying low quality food I mean compared to Burger King in other countries. This just doesn't meet expectations of the chain

::I'm an Armenian from the U.S., but I've lived in Armenia for over four years now. I know that Armenians here do not seem to understand the concept of lines, but I would expect a business from the U.S. to know how to ask its customers to stand in line and not to cut in front of other customers. I'm glad Burger King was busy here today, but I wasn't happy that someone and his son cut in front of me and that I had to assert myself to make sure someone else didn't do that. I saw that you had a value meal consisting of a burger, fries, and pop for 1,800 dram. I ordered that. I also ordered a cherry pie for 600 dram. My total, therefore, should have been 2,400 dram. The cashier then asked me if I wanted a Pepsi. I thought it was a strange question given that the meal included a Pepsi, but I said, "yes." The cashier then charged me an extra 500 dram for the Pepsi. This made no sense and I should have said something at the time, but I wasn't sure how well the cashier spoke English and my Armenian is not great. I thought maybe I misread the menu and prices, but I reviewed it several times and realized that I was right. I paid 2,900 dram, but I should have only paid 2,400 dram. When I got my order, initially there were TWO cups for Pepsi on it. I indicated that I only wanted one Pepsi and the Burger King employee took one cup back. I asked her if I was charged for the extra Pepsi and she said, "no." This clearly was not true, but I did not want to argue with her at the time. I presume she did not want to admit the mistake as it was very busy at the time and there was only one cashier at the time. I realize that mistakes happen and I know it's easy to make mistakes when things get too busy. Furthermore, I've gone to this Burger King before and this is the first time I had a problem. I just hope Burger King will refund the 500 dram or give me a free cherry pie the next time I go there to make up for this.
