::I had the great pleasure of staying at this place and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! First of all, the incredible hospitality of the owners - from the very beginning I felt like a member of the family. It reminded me of my childhood with my grandparents in the countryside :) The hosts were helpful, warm and always ready to talk about the life and history of Armenia. The home-cooked food deserves special mention - daily breakfasts were delicious, fresh and prepared with love. You could feel that every detail is taken care of here. Even the tea and home-made jam tasted exceptional. The place itself is small and has its own atmosphere. It is located in the very center of the city, so everything is close. Despite the central location, it was very peaceful and quiet, which allowed me to fully relax. Every morning I was greeted by birdsong, mountain views and clean air.

::The rooms are very simple and cheaply decorated. Especialy the bed is of a very bad quality. There is an outdoor fridge that is very old and moldly. Breakfast is okay but compared to our other stays in this country, the least one we had. The staff is a very friendly 7family.

::Excellent room! Very clean, large and bright, wonderful! Perfect, delicious breakfast, products produced by the landlady. Beautiful garden with beautiful roses! Polite and very good people! Everything is very close! We will come again

::The elderly landlord was incredibly unfriendly. We needed two single beds, but hers only had a double. The other triple room was incredibly expensive. We didn't like her room, so she told us her neighbor next door also had a room. At first, I thought she was being kind, but when she saw us braving the rain carrying our heavy luggage to the next door, she followed us. So, we tried to negotiate a price with the neighbor's daughter in English to see if she was willing. The elderly lady who owned the center apartment started talking to the neighbor next door and gave us a strange smile. The neighbor next door asked for the same price as hers and refused to negotiate. Honestly, if she had gone, how could the neighbor next door have the nerve to undercut her? Okay, we'd rather not stay in the rain and keep looking. The place we found was cheaper, better, and a standalone property, unlike the center apartment, which only has one room and the elderly lady and her husband living in the living room.

::Spędziliśmy wieczór z gospodarzami przy winie cały wieczór przyjemnie się nam rozmawiało. Zostaliśmy ugoszczeni bardzo smaczną kolacją i śniadaniem z armeńskich produktów. Czuliśmy się tu jak w domu.
