  I stayed for over two weeks. Best budget hotel in entire Yerevan. The own Vladimir is very professional and helpful.

  awful place. Ugly bulding very dark inside, room is stincky, mattress unconfortable, wifi downstairs in the room not working, no breakfast option, shared bathroom very old. nobody speak english only a woman very poor english and she seems to be there only 2 hours in the evening. I wanted to reserve a room, first they answered me to go there and pay to block my room, I couldn't soon so after they told me room was already booked. In the morning I booked on booking a room in a place with different name and surprise it was always classic hostel but called botique hotel...offering a discount compared to booking fare but higher then price they asked me just night before.

  Nice and huge place for a hostle. The price is really cheap. Near the metro station.

  Exceptional value for money. The location may put some people off but it is near the end of the metro line going north so very easy to find. Great staff. Everything you need for a hostel.

  Its peaceful , clean and the host we're so friendly and accommodating that she would give you advice on how to get around the city and outside the city.
