I paid the loan earlier than the specified date and along with the monthly payment I also paid an additional amount, but the employee did as she saw fit and the monthly payment was not paid. Today I find out that I have a delay even though everything was paid. When I called to find out what happened, they told me that I didn't pay a monthly fee, only the principal amount, and they said that I also need to pay interest in order not to be blacklisted.
