  I'm just curious about one thing: is Ani Mkrtchyan, an employee of the Vanadzor branch of Converse Bank, aware that she works in the service sector and that blaming her mistakes on the client, being rude, and kicking them out of the bank is the biggest mistake? I should add that before that, the bank manager had tried to fix the issue for her.
