  Great location. Cozy place. Friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. I loved the front yard with a small basin and fountain surrounded with trees and flowers the most. I miss this cool and fresh place.

  Basically the only hotel in town and it's good and cheap. €6 without shower, €12 with it. Toilets don't necessarily work. Shower flows on the toilets. Wi-fi was quite weak. No credit card. But, altogether an excellent deal for the price.

  I had a good cheap stay, single room 3000 AMD (winter), good WiFi, the reception lady was very nice and helped me with everything. Next day at check-out time I asked if I can stay another hour just on the couches to surf WiFi, she said ok and later brought me a tray of Armenian coffee with candies. Good place if you're looking for simple cheap stay without any problems.

  Was extremely cold, no heating! With very tiny beds, could not sleep all night long, had to leave the hotel at 6 in the morning!
