::They will call you and charge try and charge 20.000 dram to send a broker to customs for items which are bellow 200€ and 30kg, basically trying to take money for something they are required to do by law. Do not fall for it, call the lawyers at the customs office which will call them and put them in their place.

::Horrible customer service and attitude. I went to inquire about having a document shipped and picking it up from the office. The representative helping me seemed like she didn't want to be there. Wish I could have just walked in, purchased a label and be on my way. Unfortunately I had to walk out cuz I couldn't take it.
