  For months, this worthless clinic can't file papers with the government for IVF subsidies. They always call us about documents we already handed over, and when you go there with their own appointments, you still have to wait hours just to hand one paper to the doctor. Doctors will also never pick up the phone, even though they give excuses that you had to call them. For a simple answer to a laboratory result, you get ping-ponged between dozens of phone numbers and departments, and no one can give you an answer or update on the results. Do not waste money on this clinic, not only you will be in the dark for the entire process but in the aftermath of your surgical procedure, the embryology department will not give your histology results, the doctor will not give you a written report post procedure, they handed a printed template without signature or results. Only male urology department was good, for the women it's hell.

  Incredibly pleasant environment with the best and most knowledgeable staff. Dr Anush Abrahamyan has been super supportive and caring throughout the whole process, she has been confident in her actions and so reassuring and positive. Due to her level of professionalism the treatment was successful in very short amount of time. Nurse Diana has also been very caring and lovely and her positive approach has also helped to easily go through treatment plan. Highly recommend the doctor and overall the center.❤️

  From the moment I walked in, I was met with a warm and caring atmosphere. The staff's expertise and dedication to their work were evident in every interaction including reception workers and sonographer. My doctor Bella Seyranovna is not only highly knowledgeable, but also takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, making me feel at ease. Nurse Diana's warm demeanor and reassuring presence were a source of comfort while I was there. I'm incredibly grateful for the positive experience I had and the outcome it led to. I highly recommend this center.
