  I had registered by phone. After waiting 20 days, I went on the appointed day and it turned out that the doctor was on vacation and they didn't have the desire or time to warn me.

  Extremely irresponsible institution! They appoint a day, after waiting 20 days, they call and say that the doctor cannot accept the appointment on that day, they postpone it for 10 days, then they call and say that the doctor is going on vacation, we can register in a month. In other words, a person can wait with a burning eye in the hope that his day will soon come, but for them it is completely the same.

  I used to be very satisfied with this clinic in the past, they did my mother's eye surgery and follow up very well. Unfortunately, my visit to the clinic this year was very disappointing. They gave me an appointment at 9,30 but made me wait 30 minute and did not even apologise. I ordered new most expensive specs for my glasses and they just cracked same day when I was taking my glasses off. The receptionist was unfriendly and needs proper training to work with customers. Do not reccomend this clinic to anyone anymore.
