  Excellent, affordable and comfortable place with good amenities. Stayed only one night while hiking. Placed between two villages with stores and restaurants. Host also offers food, but the rooms have kitchens attached and lots of places to relax. I highly recommend to anyone travelling through the area.

  We so enjoyed our two night stay here. Armen and his mother are very good hosts and provide the warmest of welcomes. Armen also is a fund of good information and knowledge about the area and speaks good English. Emma the mother cooks excellent food and the breakfast is very very full. The accommodation is spacious and clean with two large apartment style rooms upstairs and a double downstairs. There are large balconies. There is a very good mix of social interaction together with private areas where you can relax. The surrounding area is beautiful. Thoroughly recommended.

  Clean and cozy rooms (even we can sey apartaments). Peasfeful and beautiful plase, surrounded by wonderful nature. Idial for hikers and nature lovers. Hire you can see the real Armenian village life.

  Quiet place in a small village, with stunning views on the hills, ran by the most welcoming and warm people. Ask the English speaking host for some easy-going, guided hikes in the area, especially to the jaw-dropping Debed Canyon.

  After 1 month travelling in Armenia, I could totally enjoy the value of the place and especially the host. I stayed 3 fully days and could easily have stayed more. Armen speaks very good english and shows you the area, surroundings as he takes you through different tracks in the mountains. I even advice his tour into the Debed canyon eventhough I'm not the type to appreciate tours and guides for my day... It was a very good balance between real hike, visite of a church and unexpectedly beautiful food ! Family is really taking you into their day to day life. Emma, his mum, is a super mummy for you all cooking great food, taking you in her garden to peak up veges and showing you how to prepare cheese and matsoun ( yogurt). The erea is peacefull and beautiful with lots to offer. Rooms are spacious and with the confort of your own bathroom. Uppers rooms are apartments more than rooms... A real pleasure... I 'll try to make it to come back for a few days in a next trip. ..
