This place is a hidden gem! Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, however, it was the highlight of our entire trip within the country. Karmen has truly created a magical space, filled with love and so much attention to detail. Everything was just perfection. From the rooms to the breakfast, we were all in awe. If I ever return, this will probably be one of the only places I'd like to stay—it's traditional, yet modern and cozy, yet spacious, all at the same time. Further, communication was seamless and they were beyond accommodating in every way, shape and form. If you're looking for a place to stay in or near Yeghegnadzor, this is it.

Fantastic breakfast, refreshing dips in the pool and lovely garden to chill. Owner helped us book a taxi to Yerevan. Definitely recommend

One of our favorite hotels in Armenië. What a beautiful little slice of paradise set on a hill with an extraordinary view in the surrounding mountains. The rooms were perfect and air-conditioned and efficiently laid out, think we had our best night's sleep so far. We didn't join the evening dinner but the breakfast was fabulous: eggs, small pancakes, fresh bread and delicious coffee. When we arrived we spent the afternoon sitting in the sun at the pool, the owner brought us coffee and ice cream. Again this was a perfect hotel, which I would warmly recommend

Warm recommendation for a lovely place! We stayed for 3 nights in the cottage, a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 children and a baby). The cottage is built from one large space that can accommodate 2 single beds and a huge double bed. There is a small kitchenette with a mini bar (you get water and soda upon arrival). There is a dining area and of course outside the unit there is a rocking bed and chairs. The place has a small swimming pool. The breakfast is excellent and includes vegetables, fruits, cheeses, cereals and a variety of pastries. It is possible to pre-order dinner according to the place's menu. The owners of the property and the employees are charming and help in everything possible. Overall, we summarize the stay as a pleasant family experience, with many fruit trees (picked straight from the tree in season) and excellent service.

Best B&B ever! The view is stunning, the room is clean and very pretty. They have a beautiful garden and a small pool. It looks like paradise. If you go there, eat dinner and breakfast because the food is delicious, with home made products, good flavors, good wine and home made vodka! You can take time to enjoy the place. People are very nice and careful too. We really enjoyed our time there!
