::A very nice guesthouse. The hosts, Hovhannes and Svetlana, are very pleasant and welcoming. The room is cozy and warm, and the shower has good hot water pressure. Parking is available in the courtyard. Excellent location in the center of Tsaghkadzor. I highly recommend it!

::We flew from California to Armenia and decided to stay at Arsans Guest House and it was truly amazing! The showers were superb and the rooms felt like home. The beds were soft and comfortable and the WiFi was extremely fast. Even better was how attentive and hospitable the hosts were! The food they provided was amazing and they were very helpful with any questions we had. We also had private parking which was very nice. Next time we come to Armenia we will definitely stay here again and I recommend it to anyone.

::If you want to experience Armenian hospitality, you need to visit Hovhannes and Svetlana. They greeted us warmly, showed us around, and explained everything. The room was very spacious, clean, and furnished thoughtfully and with care for its guests. It had two adult beds, a bunk bed for children, a table, two armchairs, a refrigerator, and a TV. We were very pleased that there were checkers and backgammon in the room. :) We stayed in mid-December: the room was warm; sometimes we even had to open the windows, and there was constant hot water. They provided extra blankets and pillows. In the common hallway, there's a table with tea accessories (cups, a kettle, coffee, tea, etc.) so you can enjoy tea at any time, either in your room or at the communal table. The location is very convenient: near the central square, the Kecharis monastery complex is nearby, and the cable car is 1.5 km away (a one-way taxi costs about 1,000 drams). There's a small shop across the street where you can buy small items (water, cigarettes, etc.). We were given a short city tour, telling us where and when we could go. In the morning, Svetlana will treat you to a truly Armenian breakfast, where almost all the ingredients (bread, cottage cheese, cheese, jam) are homemade and incredibly delicious. Basically, if you're thinking about visiting Tsaghkadzor, don't choose a hotel—go visit!
