::Very nice guest house. Good clean rooms with comfortable beds. Amazing fully equipped communal kitchen with a washing machine and great parking for bicycle tourers. Complimentary tea and coffee. Not far from the centre.

::We had a very nice stay at Gyumri guest house, the place is very nice and the rooms are very clean, it's a very good place for a group, as we booked all the 4 rooms and had the place to ourselves, there is a gathering place downstairs, which was very good for gatherings. The host was very nice and very friendly. We will definitely come back.

::The host is super nice. The room clean and equipped with all essentials, the bed new and the mattress comfortable. We don't smoke so it was a little annoying that there was a smell of cigarettes in our room
