::The guest house of Mary is a small paradise ❤️❤️❤️ the bedrooms very clean and comfortable. The breakfast royal and generous. Mary's mother cooks delicious food and I strongly recommend you to eat there. We felt so sad to leave this place. We loved Mary and her mother. We definitely come back!!!!

::Mary cares for her guests as for the family. The house is full of history and artefacts, the food is delicious, the beds are comfy with special touch of laced bedsheets. You can get help with you travel plans or special wishes, learn about the culture or listen to a piano play by the host or her mother. Haghpat monastery is a short walk away, so you can choose to see it at different moments.

::Mary is an angel. If you want a special experience, stay with her. Her house is a family museum, full of historic artefacts, her kitchen produces the most amazing food (cooked also by her 84-year-old mother), her rooms are cosy and comfortable. The Haghpat Monastery is just a short walk away. If you are lucky, Mary will play the grand piano for you. Give her a big tip. She deserves it.

::Traditional Armenian bed with large European pillow made the bed a bit short, (I’m only 163cm). Very hot shower was good on the two cold days we stayed here. Towels and sheets hard. Food not generous, breads not fresh. Few choices offered in meals. Soup was very good. Tea and coffee good when requested. Lovely sweet pancakes once at breakfast.
