::I love the location, love the service, nice people, staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The room was nice at 1st glance. No air conditioning, which is fine but need to be able to leave windows/doors open for fresh air but none of the doors or windows have screens which means bugs, flies and other insects make their way into the room. The curtains only cover half the windows which was really strange. Expect to wake up at sunrise. Worst sleep of my life. In the morning, waited for the shower to turn warm, never did. Took a freezing cold shower which is suppose to be good for you but no thanks. Beautiful views though! And their pork BBQ is delicious!

::One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed, I booked the room through Agoda and I was surprised to know when I checked in that wash room is not in the room but it is common as I booked Mountain view room and I didn’t mention that I need room with wash room. I insisted to change my room with wash they gave me a very small room at the backside of the hotel and it doesn’t have even FAN in the room. In the night they close all the outside light and in case of any emerge or any service required no telephone is available inside the room , I called them from my mobile to the available number on the site , person picked up the phone and said no English and disconnected the phone . I kept trying almost 10 times but he didn’t pick the phone.

::Avoid, this is a tourist trap. Terrible everything. We've been here twice. The first time we rented a room, the second time we just stopped in for a meal. Both times were a disaster. Stay. The rooms are incredibly small, much smaller than in the photos. Each cabin has several rooms. No privacy at all, you can clearly hear what is going on in the next room. The overall quality of everything is very poor and more like a hostel for the price of a hotel. Dining. Service just below 0. If you see their kitchen, you'll just be shocked at the conditions everything is cooked to. Very dry, not tasty food. This was probably one of the worst dining experiences in Armenia. General. There is a general feeling of tension throughout the hotel. Staff with each other, staff with guests. Any requests are fulfilled not out of a desire to help, but through resistance. I'm really sad that places like this exist.

::Overpriced compared to other Armenia hotels. View is nice place is nice and rustic but service is mediocre. Breakfast starts at 9 and the cooks always arrived at 9:15 so whole day had to be carried forward accordingly. Breakfast was nice tho and plentiful. There’s these dogs and cats on property which can either be considered cute or annoying (they bark in the morning and keep harassing you for food). The rooms have no sound isolation and are quite small(can hear the talking and showers next door) . Shampoo in a bag, not a in a bottle and only one even though we were two. Might be worth if you have a villa though.

::Rooms were clean and smells nice. Place and Nature was beautiful and lovely. For dinner, i wanted to use Hotel's Restaurant but the price was really high, also they forgot my order so i ignored the dinner and ate some snacks instead!
