  Thief thief thief.I have sent 11.5 kilo from this branch with sending number "CF121234383AM" to getmany.I have paid 35000 dram and after about 20 days i have recieved a package about 4.5 kilo.I have found that in yerevan sb has stolen .....I was so angry that I have accept the package.Thief thief thief.They have understand that I am not from Armenia and have no one to ask what is going on.That's why they have stolen everything.There were 4 kilo pistachio, friut leather, chocolate.

  Staff disrespectful towards customers, they make you feel like they are doing you a favor.

  The service is not bad but the amenities are soviet-style

  Customer services has a long way to go in Armenia not only in this particular office but also other post offices in town. Agents are trying to be pleasant and helpful but that very much depends on the date in a month or time of the day. A queuing system and some benches can improve the customer services.
