  An institution of ignorant fools, I can't find other words to describe this system, working hours are set from 9-00 to 17-30.   They are very bad at communicating. My letter hasn't arrived for 10 days. When I ask questions, they answer with the standard formula "we don't know, we're not aware, we can't say." And the number 010645492 doesn't work.
