::Good palce to pay bills at time ...it has money transfer facility (Ria transfer ) it has a video game shop in front of their building . Nice staff and friendly. Some other shops near to this place to buy groceries . This place is clean and hygenic .Some magzines are also there but all are in armenian and staff is also speaking only armenian and russain may be ..so better to go with a translator in phone or a armenian friend who speak your language as well
