  I told them many times not to send me any mails to my home. I gave them my phone number in order to call me when I receive a mail, but again they are coming to my house. This is ridiculous. It's been 3 times already.

  Right now I am here (I use it regularly at least once a week) there is always a queue because instead of 3 workers there is only 1. When another worker came to pick up the parcels, she was asked to go to the next window and wait in line because she was too lazy to get up and walk a little to bring the parcels
