  In the future. شوفاژها در طول اقامتمان روشن نشدند و اتاق‌ها بسیار سرد بودند. به مدیریت هتل مراجعه کردیم، برخوردشان به‌هیچ‌وجه All rights reserved. ندادند. All rights reserved اما متأسفانه این‌گونه نبود. به‌هیچ‌وجه این هتل را به کسی توصیه نمی‌کنم، به‌خصوص اگر در فصل سرد قصد سفر به جرموک را دارید Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The heating in the rooms did not work and it was very cold. When we approached the management, their attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. They took no action to resolve the problem. We expected at least a minimum level of service, but unfortunately this did not happen. I do not recommend this hotel at all, especially if you are planning a trip to Jermuk in the cold season. Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The heating in the rooms was not turned on, and it was very cold. When we approached the management, their attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. They took no action to address the issue. We expected at least basic services for guests, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I would not recommend this hotel at all, especially if you plan to visit Jermuk during the colder months.

  The hotel looks nice. But the rooms are dirty and the heating isn't turned on. I'm very disappointed. I don't recommend it.

  Суть в том, что нас никто не встретил. Позже подошёл на ресепшн странный парень, провёл нас на второй этаж, свет в холле был выключен, стоял холод. Открыв номер, тот же холод был и там, на вопрос про отопление, он ответил что даст тёплое одеяло и электрическую батарею)) на этом наш поход туда и закончился.
