::This hotel was chosen for its location, and unfortunately, this is what caused the shortcomings in the deluxe room. There was no coffee, no tea, no toothbrush, no drinking water, no place to hang towels in the bathroom, and slippers on a very low-quality carpet. Since the internal manager thinks that the hotel can be profitable by reducing services and staff, but people like us will not return to this hotel. The breakfast table was very small, at the level of a typical two-star hotel, no coffee sachets, and the restaurant tables were limited. If you left anything out of the restaurant, it was considered a fine, and unfortunately, with the same policy of giving less service, getting more money, it also includes the staff. We did not see any happiness from the staff, except for Ms. Zahoora, who helped us in some cases.

::The room looked decent since it had been renovated, though the room across from us was still under renovation. However, there was a very bad smell coming from the toilet. The bed was also not clean—we noticed red stains on the pillowcase and other parts of the bedding, so we had to use our own sheets. We stayed for four nights, but basic amenities like soap, toothbrushes, and shower caps—commonly provided in most hotels—were not available. The breakfast was cold, and the confectionaries were stale. They also charged us for bottled water, even though we did not use anything from the minibar. The only good thing was the location near Republic Square, but there are many other hotels in the same area. It’s unclear whether this is a 3-star or 4-star hotel, as it felt more like a guesthouse. Additionally, in most hotels, staff assist with carrying luggage, but here, they did not offer any help. Another major issue was that while we were in the room, staff knocked to check the minibar. Even though we answered, they didn’t wait and just opened the door, which was extremely inappropriate as we were not properly dressed. It was very unprofessional and unacceptable to enter the room like that while guests are inside. On our last day, our flight was rescheduled to an earlier time, so we were unable to have breakfast. The hotel serves breakfast very late at 8 AM, and when we requested a packed breakfast the day before, they refused, even though we had already paid for it. Room number 705 (24 March - 28 March)

::Nonsense Hotel٫ the carpet in the room was very dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The wardrobe was not clean. The room next to us was under renovation and the noise was annoying. The staff were not helpful. The hotel facilities were not as advertised on the websites. I recommend going to another real 4 star hotel. The Erebuni Hotel is very poor and substandard.

::We stayed in this hotel for three nights. Good location, very clean and affordable. They charged us 1,500 drams for losing the entrance card to the room, which was too much in my opinion. The receptionist can be more friendly. Another problem is that they charged us for a bottle of water when we checked out, if we didn't use water, if you go to the hotel, be sure to take a picture of the contents of the refrigerator so that you don't have to pay extra when you leave.

::This is one of those places I don't want to write a review about so I can keep it to myself , but a social duty requires one from me. Well, start from the location. Can't find a more perfect location!!! It is literally in the center of everything!!!! Despite all that, it is super quiet inside the rooms. Rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable in my room. The staff checks rooms every day upon request and they do a great job in keeping the place clean. The administrators were very helpful and accommodating. They are literally around 24/7. The complimentary breakfast was feeling enough and good as well! Overall, great hidden(behind the ark) gem. Thank you!
