  Although you may be initially taken aback by the hotel's entrance, rest assured that the hotel rooms are impeccably clean. If the weather is clear, you'll be treated to a breathtaking view of Mount Ararat. Moreover, the hotel boasts a convenient location, with close proximity to the bus station. It's a leisurely half-hour walk to Republic Square. Additionally, the hostess is exceptionally kind and charming.

  Having a larger sign would make it easier to locate the hotel. I had a hard time finding it when I arrived after midnight. It could be cleaner to match the standards of a three-star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel for individuals who experience foot or back pain and have difficulty climbing stairs. There is no doubt about the hotel's hospitality.

  Good place with a very kind landlord. Comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast.
