  The place has new management. They have done many upgrades. The service was amazing. Very thankful.

  The owners were very friendly which drags the experience a bit upwards. But besides that, it was one of the worst Hotel experiences I had. The room smelt unpleasantly like cigarette smoke. Cigarettes stains could also be found. There was barely any hot water, only at a very low water pressure. The toilet had to be turned of after usage, otherwise it started to overflow. The bathroom lacked basic amenities and not even the soap dispenser was filled up. Very uncomfortable, thin matrass, that was also to short for a man of 1,85m height. The WiFi did not work either. 15 000 AMD was also a bit pricey.

  This place called itself a hotel, but no one was able to speak either English or German. It took me the best part of 45 minutes to ask if there was a Kitchen and where it was as their translation service was useless! On the booking we made for this hotel, it stated that the check out time was 1100 hours. We were surprised and found it very rude for one of the hotel staff to be banging on our door intimating for us to leave at around 0930 hours when checking out time was actually 1100 hours. We felt that we were just another inconvenience to them, just like the rest of the hotels we had stayed at. They could at least have had the decency to let us check out in our own time rather than harassing us. Would not recommend to other guests.

  Nice restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. Good food.
