  The service is too slow, the employee I had to work with did not know some very international banking terms needed to make an international transfer, yet was also not willing to listen to what I had to say to help her.

  I had a great experience at this Inecobank branch. The space was clean, well-organized, and welcoming — a comfortable environment for handling banking tasks. The staff were professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. They handled my questions efficiently and made sure everything was clear. There were barely any queues, and even when a few people were waiting, the service moved quickly. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. I truly appreciate the level of service and will definitely keep using this branch in the future.

  Inecobank doesn't answer the phone, no matter what time of day you call, there's no one there.

  Bad service. Slow, nothing works good . One available window and nobody cares to make it better
