  The food was delicious, but the service is so bad that I didn't even want to eat. It was sad to see that only one waitress was on the job, she was tired without any smile on her face, and when I asked about a menu she said " we don't have any" and when asking about the fish xorovats prices she said " I cannot tell you the prices!

  The worst food, service, and attitude from a manager I have ever experienced in Armenia. We waited 3 hours for dishes that tasted absolutely awful. When it came time to pay, we were told we couldn’t use a card,even though we had confirmed in advance that card payment was possible. Then the manager ripped us off by exchanging money at an outrageously high rate, scamming us out of $20. The kitchen was disgusting and completely unsanitary. While we were trying to settle the bill, I was literally standing next to greasy frying pans. If you find Yasaman closed—consider it a blessing. Do not walk into this place. It’s the worst-run business I’ve seen, and the national food safety agency should’ve shut it down a long time ago. Your business stinks!

  The owner told us first thing that they don't have a menu and when we asked for a price for the fish, she gave us a completely different price than it apppeared on the bill (quite a steep difference of about £30), a typical tourist trap. After all it turned out that they do have a menu, only she preferred not to provide it for the obvious reasons. On top of that we received quite a few things we didn't order, none of it was complimentary, of course. The food was great but the whole experience was ruined by her dishonesty. Beware.
