  The hotel was very beautiful, with spacious, clean, and nicely decorated rooms and a great view. I stayed there for one night and everything was good except for the restaurant. We went there for dinner and ordered four different dishes, plus drinks. After waiting for over an hour, the waiter came back saying our food was not available. In fact, after 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting, they had completely forgotten our order. None of the dishes or even our drinks were ever served, and we ended up leaving the restaurant without eating anything.

  Restaurant only review. The location is good and the view is really beautiful. We heard a lot about this place, but unfortunately we were disappointed. The service was ok, but not good enough. 20 minutes waiting for a beer, asking 3 times… from food nothing was delicious, max ok, all of them had something which was not good, but the worst was the river fish. We never had so badly made fish in our life! The price 6000-8000AMD for a person. Definitely not worthy.

  My experience at Hotel Khoreayi Dzor was extremely disappointing. First, they gave us the wrong room upon check-in. Once inside, we found no way to communicate with reception—no phone, no service button—nothing. When I went down to request extra pillows and some water, the staff eventually connected me with the manager, Sophia, whose behavior was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of helping, she asked, “Why did you finish your water already?”—as if guests are only allowed a certain amount of drinking water! She also refused to provide extra pillows, and only after a long argument did she reluctantly say she would send both. I even offered to pay for the water, which was absurd to begin with. However, no water or pillows were ever delivered, and the next day Sophia gave a different excuse, claiming they couldn’t access the storage. It was a frustrating and ridiculous experience, especially for a hotel that claims to offer quality service. The only good thing about this hotel is the beautiful view and the location. But the poor service, lack of communication, and rude attitude from the management completely ruined our stay. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and I’ve never been treated this way before. I do not recommend this hotel unless major changes are made to staff training and customer service. Additionally: I would like to add to my previous comment regarding our stay at Khoreayi Dzor Hotel. After we reported the issues to our tourist agency, the hotel provided them with a completely different explanation than what I was told in person. They claimed that the confusion happened because there was another guest with the same name as mine staying at the hotel that day. This is simply not true — I was the only Arab guest in the hotel at the time, and the hotel is small with a limited number of rooms, so such a mix-up is highly unlikely. When I spoke directly with the manager, Sophia, the next day, she never mentioned anything about a mistaken identity. Instead, she apologized and told me they were unable to access the storage room at the time. She also expressed regret for not providing more water. It’s disappointing that after our agency contacted them, the hotel decided to fabricate a different story instead of taking full responsibility for the poor service we experienced.

  Amazing stay! Simply breathtaking place. Really nice rooms, great bathrooms. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and evening drinks to enjoy the view! This was my second visit, looking forward to my third!

  My family had a wonderful experience with this hotel. All staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. Rooms are clean; our rooms had beautiful views. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Hotel grounds stunning. Thank you for a wonderful experience and memories that will stay with us for many years to come.
