  Price is perfect, space is clean, staff is super friendly and helpful. Looks nice and good location (although you do have to search for the spot a little)!

  I stayed in the station guest house in Gyumri for one night on my way to Georgia. It's very new and clean, with big rooms and nice showers/washrooms. The owner and management are super friendly and helped me to book the mashrutka to Georgia for the next day and even accompanied me to the bus station and made sure everything was ok. The guest house is only a short walk from the bus station and about 15 minutes walk from the train station. The old town is in easy walking distance. Overall a really great stay and thanks to the staff for all the help. When you arrive it's a bit difficult to find - you need to go up the stairs to something that looks like a gym or whatnot, once you are inside the entrance of the guest house is easy to find
