::The building was built in 1976 according to an original unique project. Six floors are terraced along the slope of the spur. Each floor has its own spacious open terrace on the exploited roof and has an independent exit to the forest slope. It is impossible with such a project to provide the building with an elevator, except for an escalator, which was not done in the 80s. But, they provided the possibility of driving up to every second floor by car!!! Since 2005, the hotel building has been constantly improving. New gas boiler room. The heating system has been completely replaced. All rooms have modern radiators. The room stock is represented by suites with an area of under 40 sq.m. Single and double beds. Junior suites - 20 sq.m., all with fresh repairs. Double standards, simple but neat. Single rooms. And budget rooms for accommodating children's groups of up to 4 people per room. All rooms have a bathroom with a shower. Each shower has an individual electric storage water heater. The suites have a kitchenette, a large comfortable sofa with a coffee table. It should be noted that the administration has a democratic approach to the views and opinions of vacationers. No prepayment is taken, funds are not blocked on a bank card. They are in no hurry to get money from you, giving you the opportunity to evaluate the level of comfort provided and, in case of dissatisfaction, change the hotel. But, during our stay, not a single vacationer ran away and everyone was happy, and there were at least ten Russians. The administration is always focused on our interests. They often offer better options than booked, for the same price, immediately upon arrival. They are loyal to those wishing to change the room (in our case, one couple, during the stay, changed the room three times and the last time with an upgrade - from a junior suite to a vacant suite). The breakfast was hearty, always included a large portion of porridge, scrambled eggs with sausage (or cottage cheese with sour cream), lots of fresh national bread from a private bakery and apricot or pear jam. This breakfast allowed us to feel comfortable throughout the day on skis or on an excursion trip, until dinner. We had dinner here, warning the administration about it in the morning, which is important, since there was a period when there was no one in the hotel except us (2 people) and the service was provided only for us. We were able to get acquainted with all the national dishes. I note that most vacationers, having visited one of the restaurants in Tsaghkadzor, ate the rest of the time entirely in the Nairi canteen. During the period of practical absence of visitors (only two), the hotel does not have the ability to fully centralize heating of the entire building (expensive), it works in a maintenance mode. For comfort, the rooms of rare vacationers are heated with oil heaters. For vacationers, upon request, for an additional fee, a transfer to the ski lifts and back is provided, to the hot springs of Hankavan, to Lake Sevan (Sevanavank, Hayravank, Noratuz, etc.), from the airport and to the airport, to Yerevan. I would like to note that there is only one very expensive hotel located near the ski slopes with the possibility of exiting directly from the hotel - Golden Palace Hotel Resort & SPA Gl. So do not be fooled by the advertising of hotels, a ski holiday in Tsaghkadzor - always a transfer from the hotel to the ski lifts!!! The location of the hotel allows you to leisurely walk to the center in 5 - 10 minutes (shops, restaurants, numerous monuments, the Orbeli brothers museum, Malakan house, Ararat bank), 15 minutes to walk to the Kecharis monastery. In 45-60 minutes (through a spur), probably knee-deep in snow, you will reach the Makravank monastery in Hrazdan. And most importantly - from the administration and service personnel - a complete absence of obsession, extortion. Everything for the visitors!!! Of course - Nairi is still a voice from the USSR. But the owners are making every effort to become a modern hotel. And I, despite a very capricious and quarrelsome character, was satisfied (only positive emotions in conclusion). Thank you, guys...
