  1.They did not have essential things in their rooms like slippers or kettles or cups.the towels had holes in them,some romes do not have working or fridges at all and the rooms were dirty. 2.on the first day of our stay the shower broke we reported this but they wouldn’t fix it. the next day we needed our passports for something very important but they would not give our passports back they charged us 1000$ for the shower and when we refused they wouldn’t give us our passports back and they locked us out of our room with all our stuff in it and would not back down even though they’re actions were illegal.

  Not get 4star facilities. No drinking water in the room. No glasses not a coffeemaker no wardrobes not any 4star facilities. My room was in 2nd floor. 1st by lift 2nd floor and again a staircase to the another floor. With luggage it was terrible experience. I don't know why they didn't manage basic facilities that give to the customers a good impression.

  The view from hotel is amazing specially in night Great hotel everything is neat and clean staff is also very great and helpful, breakfast is very good, receptionist is very helpful and humble

  Nice hotel, but had no hot water. Booked the suite with the jacuzzi tube, waited 3 hours for hot water, and checked-out. Despite paying in cash, they charged my credit card too. Had to demand they void the transaction, and they only refunded half my cash. So I paid $75 for 3 hours in a room with a jacuzzi tub and hot water. Very shady!
