  I ordered a Kroshka Kartoshka, but unfortunately it was quite dry and lacked flavor. I had to purchase additional items to add taste.

  Yesterday we had lunch here and unfortunately found a piece of plastic in our salad. We informed the manager — he apologized politely, replaced the dish, and even brought us three profiteroles as a gesture of goodwill. At the time, it felt like the issue had been handled properly. However, when we returned today, the attitude of the staff was shockingly unprofessional. As we were ordering, the employees whispered to each other that we were “the ones who complained yesterday.” We were met with silence — no “hello,” no “thank you,” no “goodbye.” The atmosphere was cold and passive-aggressive. We weren’t asking for anything extraordinary — just safe food and basic respect. Apparently, the sincerity of the apology ends the moment you walk out the door. The food may be fine, but after this kind of treatment, we won’t be coming back.

  I gave 10,000 and 3 coins . Cashier gave me thr change for 10,000 pocketed my 3 coins when i ask for it she only gave me back my 2 coins of 700 . My 200 she refused . Even when the pretty supervisor ask she denied it . I said to supervisor i am tourist . Is it bec i dont know how to count ? Can take advantage?? See the bill enclosed time stamp n the cashier in charge q Wide range of every food or drink items. Food court has good variety of food

  Horrible customer service. They mispriced a product and would not allow me to return it after only two days. A block of cheese had a label of 1350, but they charged me over 8000 dram. When I was able to get back to the store only two days later they wouldn't accept a return or give me back the difference even though they over charged me. The most ridiculous part to me, it was blue cheese which is a cheese that is already moldy....it's not like it could have gotten worse after two days.

  It was a very good store. The behavior of the staff was very good, we were satisfied with our purchase.
