::I stayed at this hotel during my first trip to Yerevan and chose to book it again for my recent visit; however, my experience this time was quite disappointing. There were numerous issues with the hotel that I feel compelled to mention. First, we were a group of four, each with at least one piece of luggage. Despite informing the hotel of our party size and the amount of luggage we had, they sent a Toyota Camry to pick us up from the airport. In what world is that an appropriate vehicle for transporting passengers and their luggage? Upon arrival at the hotel, I was asked to pay for the entire stay upfront by cash, citing that the hotel's credit card reader was broken and couldn't process payments. While I understand technical issues can arise, it seems suspicious that this would be the protocol to avoid paying credit card processing fees. Additionally, after we checked out, the hotel reported us as a "No Show" on Booking.com to avoid paying their commission. What do you call that? There were also other shortcomings, such as the low quality and limited variety of the breakfast. The hotel lobby had a delivery business that created a crowded environment, making it difficult for guests to navigate. These issues, among others, significantly impacted our stay.

::The hotel is nice, the staff is polite and courteous, special thanks to Eric and Svetlana! They helped with any questions and were always helpful. The room is clean and tidy, there are breakfasts that are either included in the price or can be ordered separately - satisfying and delicious. Cleaning every day. I recommend it for booking.

::I stayed here for 2 nights. The receptionist and all staff were helpful. But the bread in breakfast was old. Also the room was not clean especially the sheets. The worst thing is the third bed on 4th floor was broken and I get back pain! It is awful. And also it does not have elevator imagine your room is on 4th floor. But the receptionist help us to carry laggages.
