::I’ve been a regular customer of this supermarket and generally liked shopping here until this one experience completely changed my view. I bought a juice that turned out to be spoiled, even though it wasn’t expired. I went back to the store thinking they’d appreciate the feedback. Instead, the manager acted like I was just trying to get a free juice. She immediately said, “It’s in the range,” without even checking properly. I let her smell it (though the spoilage is obvious only when drinking), and she made a strange, suspicious face and asked, “Is it spoiled for you?” That attitude honestly made me mad. At no point during the conversation did she say something simple and respectful like “Thanks for letting us know” or “Sorry about that.” Just cold defensiveness. She did eventually offer to replace the juice, but by then it wasn’t about the juice I told her straight up that her behavior was not okay. Eventually she offered a replacement, but by that point I told her I didn’t come for a new juice i came to point out a problem and expected basic courtesy. At the end, she muttered a half-hearted “sorry,” clearly just to check a box. Ridiculous experience. Really disappointing from a place I used to trust and shop at regularlyy

::Nice small supermarket but be careful of prices scanned at cashier, they don't always match what's on the shelves. I've had this issue a few times.

::Now they are not accepting card payments anymore - not good. It's great to have another option for shopping in the Verin Antarayin hood. I like the shop layout and that they have more fruits and veggies than the other option. 2 points to improve: real dark bread and dog food please! Update: card problem seems to be resolved. Pet food they have but the wet type only in small wasteful packaging like most other supermarkets.

::Dear Sky Supermarkets, I have been a customer since you opened your business here. There is one issue with you that I am really annoyed about, so I consider that in the future, I will go only to Carrefour or Cascade Hills Minimarket. How is it possible that in the last two months, whenever i came to pay, you asked for cash as your creditcard or iDram payment does not work. Armenia is a progressed country. Almost everyone manages to organize cashless payments, so yes, of course, people will have not cash with them. I appreciate your friendly personnel, that's why I leave a second star, but this credit card topic gets too much on my nerves.

::Very rude cashiers, as well as the remaining of the staff. Always with an extreme attitude. When I bring my own bag, the cashier wouldn't put my produce in my bag saying that since I'm not buying the bag from them, I have to put my products in my bag. Have you heard anything more ridiculous? Also the prices are very high compared to other supermarkets. Will stop going there from now on.
