  Overall, messy clinic and the reception on the 5th floor pretty rude and not polite at all. But the doctor I met, Satenik Hunanyan, is great. It’s very sad to see that general administration can ruin the overall experience about the clinic.

  Low quality service. The receptionist and the nurses all gave us a different directions as to where Dr Grigoryan is located, we circulated the hospital 2 times. He changed appointment 3 times and still couldn't make it on arrival, also gave us attitude. Building is more like a shopping mall than a hospital

  I'ts not my first visit to Slavmed Medical Center. Other than taking a bloodtest. It's been consistently disappointing. Initially recommended by friends. I've found it far from satisfactory each time. The doctors seem more interested in making money than providing quality care. They appear disengaged and lack genuine investment in their patients' well-being. The last straw for me was a recent visit for a quick examination of my toe. Instead of diagnosing the issue, the staff immediately prepared to take action without explaining anything. The doctor, whose name I can't remember—Vlad, or something was so indifferent, tired of life itself and despondent that it felt like he didn't care at all. Furthermore, the center is always chaotic, with no clear order of who is next. It feels like a flea market where waving money is the only way to get attention. Overall, the customer service is pure garbage. Never will I set foot again in this abomination.

  The worst hospital you can ever imagine. No concept, no efficiency, complete chaos inside, no communication and information given to the patients, crowded like a cattle market. Had an appointment for x-ray and even after 2 hours I still did mot manage to actually get the x-ray, as I was sent to multiple rooms and counters without logic. And working hours from 10-14. Save your time and nerves and do NOT set foot in this "hospital".
