  I have visited Tashir Pizza several times and we are generally happy with the food — it is tasty and of good quality. However, the service and wait times need serious improvement. On our last visit, we arrived at around 7:00 PM and made it clear to the waiter that we were very short on time due to an important commitment. We went through the menu twice, reconfirmed with the waiter, and were assured the food would be ready in 10–15 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes, we were told it would take another 15 minutes. This delay meant we wasted the entire hour we had available, were left hungry, and did no longer have the time to eat anywhere else. While I understand that occasional delays happen, if a customer clearly states they have limited time and the kitchen confirms the order can be ready, failing to deliver is disrespectful to the customer’s schedule. The food is great, but the service needs to match its quality.

  They Wasted 1 hour and 20 minutes and brought the wrong pizza I ordered twice

  Food in Tashir is more or less same in all branches, decent fast food. Service is what's makes the difference, and here it was highly inefficient. Expect long waiting times...

  The food is very tasty, but there were limited vegetarian options. However, the servers were very business-like and didn’t crack a smile, even when I tried to engage with them. I wanted to tip them, but their lack of emotion didn’t make me feel “well” served.

  Terrible. Sat waiting to order for 10 minutes whilst numerous staff stood doing very little. All the food comes in random order. First pizza, then fries and a soup to finish. To be honest, the pizza and fries were ok but the soup? I have never seen anything like it.
