::Dear Terrazza Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service my companion and I received during our visit to your Yerevan location on June 12, around 6:00 PM. After we were served a large salad dish, the main course—a pasta dish—was brought to the table merely five minutes later. We politely requested that the main dish be taken back and served after we finished the salad. However, the server, who also appeared to be the cook, refused our request, left the pasta dish on the table, and walked away without any explanation or courtesy. This behavior struck us as both unprofessional and disrespectful. It also raised concerns about the quality and freshness of the food—particularly since it is highly unlikely that a pasta dish could have been prepared from scratch in under five minutes, suggesting it may have been precooked and simply reheated. Furthermore, we were disappointed to find that no management staff was available on site to address our concerns at the time. We chose Terrazza expecting a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, this incident left us with a negative impression. ::my little daughter wanted a lava cake. the waitress brought it to the table and warned her that the plate is very hot. she put the plate in front of her and she did not expect how hot the plate was and burned her chin 2nd grade! a day after i talked to the manager and suggested they should not put this freaking hot plate in front of little kids but all he said was „the waitress had warned her and she seems to be old enough to understand“… was the only answer from the manager.

::The atmosphere here is amazing and chilling. In the evening you can eat and listen to piano. The food is delicious. This time i tasted Creme Brulee and also Anna Pavlova. I will come back for them again for sure.
